Business Development Manager

Job Description:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in certain market within our focused industry sector.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnership with key accounts in a skillful way.
  • Focus actively on identifying and targeting potential suppliers and new product offerings in the market space.
  • Implement annual and monthly sales plan to achieve sales targets.
  • Perform the role in a manner that is reflective of Inchee’s Core Values, within regulatory requirements and company policies.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or College Diploma in a related program (such as, but not limited to, Int’l Trading, chemistry, engineering) with 5 years of experience in a related industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and nurture trusted and long term partnerships internally, externally and at all levels
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify customer needs and identify business opportunities for both the customer and Inchee.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
  • Ability to travel
  • Lab or plant experience is considered an asset (1+ years)
  • Other than an excellent English skill, knowledge of a second language is an asset
