Business Development Manager
Job Description:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in certain market within our focused industry sector.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnership with key accounts in a skillful way.
- Focus actively on identifying and targeting potential suppliers and new product offerings in the market space.
- Implement annual and monthly sales plan to achieve sales targets.
- Perform the role in a manner that is reflective of Inchee’s Core Values, within regulatory requirements and company policies.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or College Diploma in a related program (such as, but not limited to, Int’l Trading, chemistry, engineering) with 5 years of experience in a related industry.
- Proven ability to develop and nurture trusted and long term partnerships internally, externally and at all levels
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and identify business opportunities for both the customer and Inchee.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
- Ability to travel
- Lab or plant experience is considered an asset (1+ years)
- Other than an excellent English skill, knowledge of a second language is an asset
