We are a professional manufacturer of rubber conveyor belt in China. We have 270 staffs, and among them, there are 4 higher managements, 3 senior engineers, 3 engineers, 200 skilled workers, 10 sales persons, 50 current managements. We passed the ISO9001 and ISO14001, and we have more advanced testing machines, which introduced from Taiwan. And we strictly carry out a whole testing system, including the raw material purchase to complete product testing. And in 2014, we passed the France Bureau Veritas strict testing, and we also we become the only one suppliers of Chile Codelco in Asia area.
Our company mainly produce steel cord belt, multi-ply conveyor belt, whole carcass fire resistant conveyor belt, and special performance conveyor belts, such as cold/heat resistant conveyor belt and so on. The designed annual production capability is RMB300,000,000, among it, the multi-ply conveyor belt production capacity is 5,000,000 square meters, and the whole carcass fire resistant conveyor belts production capacity is 600,000 liner meters each year, and steel cord belt production capacity is 300,000 square meter.
The available width is from 400mm to 2400mm; the belt can be classified into several groups according to the cover rubber performance and standards such as: DIN-W, X, Y. AS-M, N. RMA1, RMA2 and so on.
We established the Imp. & Exp. Department in Shijiazhuang to develop the global markets.
